Since language impacts thinking, the MEP instructor will help participants understand and correctly apply the vocabulary tied to this program. Repetition and consistent use of terminology will aid participants to create better self-awareness and an understanding of their own MEP DNA, which is essential to their growth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

MEP scanning is about understanding where you are at, why you are there, and where you will end up if you remain mindless about your next steps.

 

MEP training incorporates CBT and NLP practices. The main focus of these first two stages is to enable and establish emotional intelligence and self awareness.

 

At this stage, we’ll teach you how to self assess:

  • Your environment & possible impacts

  • Point of view & the effects of perspective

  • Personal intentions & the intentions of others

  • Mindset

  • Consequences & outcomes

  • Support systems
